Meet The Candidate

The Kildonan-St. Paul Conservative Association is very excited to announce Raquel Dancho has been chosen as our new Conservative Party of Canada candidate for the 2019 Federal Election.

The nomination meeting where Raquel was elected as our candidate, not only set a record for the most Conservative Party memberships sold, but also more total votes cast than at any previous Kildonan-St. Paul nomination meeting.

Raquel brings extensive political education and experience, having been educated at McGill University (Political Science) and having worked at the free-market think tank, The Frontier Policy Centre for Public Policy. She has spent the last number of years working alongside our provincial Conservative colleagues as a policy analyst for the Official Opposition in the Progressive Conservative Caucus, as an Executive Assistant to the Minister of Sustainable Development and Special Assistant to the Minister of Sport, Culture and Heritage for the Progressive Conservative Government of Manitoba.

Dedicated, energetic, and wise beyond her years, Raquel Dancho is an exceptional candidate. Hard working, intelligent, classy and a natural leader, we all believe that when elected as your Member of Parliament for Kildonan-St Paul, she will be an incredibly strong representation for us in Ottawa for years to come.
